Cruelty Case....Victoria a collie cross arrived early January 07 at ASPCA as a victim of starvation. Vicky was brought to the rescue centre by a vet from the midlands region. She is on a weight recovery diet and has responded well. Vicky is gentle and has a beautiful black silky coat. Victoria was re-homed early February 2007.
